It is been my experience that God does not forget us. Things are a little more different for we mortals..., a condition of being
mortal. It is all good.
I was trying to make that point, that we forget. Can we remember with each breath? Maybe it's worth trying.
That is very Zen... life in every breath, total consciousness, observation and awareness.

Plenty of people find God and lose him, over and over and over. I have experienced peace and joy in church (usually while singing or getting a blessing from the minister) but never what I would define as faith. I like that the Muslims have the same word for prayer and remembrance. In a different faith, that might be meditation.
