Naturally you would bring a rough draft of your ideas
Reasonable fees
Please tell me what exactly are reasonable fees? I have no idea of what to expect
TIA
We used Ian Grodman. $1000 if I remember correctly. Thorough and asked lots of questions.

How complicated do you think your Will will be?
Since you are asking about fees may I assume that you are not a billionaire with a complex Estate?

Mine was a simple will...no more than three pages. Certainly under $300.00 in cost.
Be aware that if you have funds in let say Fidelity or any other investment house and you should name a party or parties as beneficiary..........that designation supersedes any will.
A former relative through marriage forgot to change the designation on a 401K. His estranged sons
pocketed about $100,000. he intended for his second wife.
I believe he is a retired judge who is really in his senior years but still practicing. Happy with his service.
Varon is or was the Maplewood Municipal court judge and still lives in town, I believe.
Recently had my will, living will, and power of attorney done by Andrew Wolfenson in Union for what I feel was a reasonable fee. Would recommend. 908-686-7230.
