It depends on what you mean by suing yourself. The basis of the suit is that the MVA violated its own Rules. The best party to challenge that is a Member of the Board. That is who has the right to expect the Board o follow its own Rules.

If a stockholder of a Corporation challenges and Act of the Board and sues he doesn't then sell his shares.

I will not be surprised if Village Keepers attempts to replace MVA as governing body of the SID.

Funny, but it can't work in any timeframe so as to be meaningful. And Fred's no dope... if he wanted to do that he'd likely have stayed on the inside with a vote. And VK needs way more than Fred. Unless they're willing to wait a loooong time.
