I'd recommend a salon the first time and then might be a DIY after as omngas you aren't trying to lighten it. IMO, lightening should always be at a salon with a professional

I've been to both Fringe and Anthony - but this time I'm looking for a slightly lower price point. Single one process color, semi permanent and I'm not overly picky. I think I can use a lower tier salon and still get what I need. Any recommendations?
