Want to get my Hair Colored - Alternative Recommendations?

I've been to both Fringe and Anthony - but this time I'm looking for a slightly lower price point.  Single one process color, semi permanent and I'm not overly picky.  I think I can use a lower tier salon and still get what I need.  Any recommendations?

I know this isn't what you asked, but can you DIY? Esp for semi permanent.

I'd recommend a salon the first time and then might be a DIY after as omngas you aren't trying to lighten it. IMO, lightening should always be at a salon with a professional
