OK, I thought this was going to be about Rent Party outdoing itself yet again. (I didn't know it was out of the question. R.I.P., Gary Burger.)

Those are the monks who do a giant sand painting and then blow it away? They're on House of Cards?

According to the episode synopsis, yes. I was enthralled by their art, too, and meant no disrespect by misreading the thread title.

ETA: Pretty cool to have a local venue that one can imagine welcoming both groups.
