Disappearing DIY: Home Fix-it category

Over the past 2 weeks, I've noticed that when the "all discussions" page  is first pulled up, "DIY Home Fix-it" is missing from the "categories" column on the left side of that page. Upon further browsing, it eventually reappears.

Today, "Home Fix-it" does not appear when I'm not logged in, but appears when logged in, and it will disappear again if I subsequently log out.

To piggyback on your thread, I was looking for the search option on the desktop version today and couldn’t find it.
