They may not install on an old house. I needed to hire a private contractor to do the measurements and installation since they don't like dealing with old and warped rames.
Frank at Orange Valley Glass can handle both but he does not stock the storms themselves.
NEW Custom old style storms are about $90.00 per unit.
30" wide and will fit in 56 3/8" and expand to 57 1/8" Height +/- I have 6 of them. Just sayin.
I assume you mean you have wood frames in place. Remove one and take to any glazier. Have a full description of the number of panes needed for the balance- they will be different sizes. Ask glazier for his rec; try to negotiate a volume discount.
Pete. Don't do white! Doesn't go with the house. If they can be painted, ok, but I wouldn't specifically go for white.
I've posted this before. Harvey True-channel storms are highly recommended in Fine Homebuilding magazine and are often used in airport-noise window retrofits.

They come in almond, black, bronze, and white.
Good morning! so thinking that the historic, mostly in good shape windows in the new house, could benefit from storm windows. they're in place already, but a number are missing the glass panes. would appreciate recommendations for places to order/ install. thanks! --Pete
