Store owner with integrity

Hi neighbors. I occasionally have posted on MOL. I had a very positive experience with a local store and just wanted to share it. I have absolutely no connection to the shop except as a customer. 

I purchased tile from the new tile store in Springfield Ave. There was a problem with my order,  and the owner,Lily, went out of her way to resolve my concern, no questions asked, no negotiating with me...just immediately addressing the problem as soon as I contacted her. She was incredibly helpful and wanted to make things right, asap.

 Just wanted to share an encounter with a very nice shopowner who clearly has integrity.

Thank You for sharing!  That is what I call true Customer Service and a store you surely would want to visit again.

We also used her during a recent kitchen renovation and agree she was great. 

We are looking into flooring for our house.  Is the place on Springfield Ave. called Tile Design Inspirations? We would love to use someone local who really knows their stuff.

yes that is the store. Lily is the owner. She spent a lot of time with me despite the fact that,  my purchase was pretty small.
