it may have been coincidence, but it appears Christie's polling took a dive after the blizzard, when he ridiculed a woman who questioned him about it at a NH town hall.  maybe the people in NH don't react as well as Christie thought they would to him bullying one of their neighbors.  or maybe it was because the woman had a response that showed Christie was obviously lying when he said there was no flooding at the shore.

I don't think that's actually true. Better to be cut by a sharp knife than a dull one. His being out of state just means he implements his policy vision poorer than usual.
