SNL- Melissa McCarthy

It's photoshop

I later found out that Rosie did it herself! I guess that was her hint to them!

I have to say, McCarthy last night was not too funny. Not her fault necessarily - unless she was the writer too.

Though the segway podium was cute.

the QVC-style price pop-up for the bracelet was a good one.

It wasn't very good last night. McCarthy did exactly the same skit. The Kellyanne Conway thing was terrible and a bit too crazy. The People's Choice Trump skit was moderately funny. A few chuckles in weekend news. And, yes, Tracy and Keenan as Beyoncé unborn babies was pretty cute. The rest was really dull.

Wasn't the Kellyanne Conway skit a scene out of a movie.... maybe Fatal Attraction?

If only Phillip Seymour Hoffman were alive to play Bannon.

Sigh.

Oh, good. I thought it was me. I'm not the biggest Kate McKinnon fan -- she plays the same wild eyed character be it Hillary, Kellyanne, now Sessions and Elizabeth Warren (that one sucked totally -- has she ever heard Liz speak?), etc. They need to find other actors to play those parts. It's gotten very old for me. Yes, Beyonce's unborn babies made me LOL, as did the People's Court (I was disappointed to see death in the courtroom audience -- was really hoping Rosie O'Donnell would show up). When Donald Jr. stood up was great, too.

I agree that they missed several ops last night. Warren was badly played. Given the threats Mr. Orange has made about libel laws, the piece on KAC and I despise her were really "hot" in terms of this non lawyer's view of having gone too far. Loved the motor podium and was really disappointed that Alec didn't host the entire show as Mr. Orange.

Best Regards,

Ron Carter

I thought the "I will not be ignored" bit was brilliant.

If anyone in the history of libel law has thrust him or herself more willingly into the limelight than Kellyanne Conway, I couldn't name him. Fair comment.

I, on the other hand, am a big Kate McKinnon fan, but I thought her bit fell way flat. It was almost impossible to understand what she was saying.

But here's some good McKinnon

The Weekend update guys are no Chevy Chase or Jane Curtin.

I think weekend update is consistently one of the highlights of the show. But no, not too many people compare to Jane Curtain or Chevy.

I generally like Kate and I've enjoyed her Kellyanne but thought this one was just dumb. And her Elizabeth Warren was awful

I watched again last night with my husband - the bit where Spicer went at Cecily Strong with a leaf blower was fantastic.

BTW - Cecily Strong is my favorite in the current ensemble. "Girl You Wish You Hadn't Started a Conversation With" kills me every time.

Yes, leaf blower was funny.

They need Annette Bening to play Elizabeth Warren.

Christine Baranski would love to play Betsy DeVos and So Orange's own Zack Braff is dying to play Steven Miller http://www.nj.com/politics/index.ssf/2017/02/nj_native_zach_braff_begs_snl_to_play_trump_aide_s.html
