Enforcement of what?

Failing to yield to pedestrians among other things.  Saw two vehicles stopped (not sure what the second was for, though).

Nice.   Good to see it.  I'll be down for my usual Starbucks in 2+ hours...hope to see a presence.

Should have been here a few minutes ago. SUV parked (straight in, no less) in the loading zone by Starbucks after making the illegal left into it, windows and doors open with music blasting, and no less than eight people grinding in the street and sidewalk, hurling racial and homophobic epithets at each other. Almost like a minuscule flash mob for ten minutes, until they reversed across the street into a spot by DD and filed into Above. Really lovely stuff.
