They're on FiOS constantly, as well. Watch one of the Stanley Cup playoff games. You'll get to see the ads two or three times during each station break and about 963* times during each intermission.

*That's just my rough estimate. I haven't actually counted.

I think Comcast and Cablevision run more promos in those slots. I'd imagine that the "It's always on"/"I've never seen it" split hear breaks down along FIOS/cable subscriber lines.

Well ... I'm on FIOS and I've still not seen them, so I think that blows this theory.

Are the partners companies who manufacture recyclable plastics, the companies which utilize them and the companies who recycle them?

Why, yes, they are!

I'm not surprised, because it makes sense. If the partners were a nail salon and Jack White, then I'd be surprised.
