After what time can one park in a NJ Transit lot in Maplewood and you don't have to pay. In other words, I am driving to station soon and on the off chance there are spots there I'd like to park there. I assume they collect the monies by 3 or so. If no one is sure I am sure I'll find a permit spot nearby (I have a permit and know it's not necessary now) but the NJ Transit spots are closer for getting off the train later at night. Thanks!
