The theme of every single thread on this topic, it's beyond absurd.

Smoke and mirrors to disguise an overlarge building. It would look fine in Westfield or Summit.
Not in our little Village. Unsupported claims? And who makes that judgement beside those with opposing views.

It pays for the developer to get the largest building possible through the local approval process.

It's up to the TC and Planning board to make sure the space is developed responsibly, with favorable economics, and within the existing codes, ordinances, and master plan.
