There was a previous thread on this subject (couple of years ago), where Joy Yagid commented on quality of variuos options. As I recall it, COSTCO is better than various drugstore options, but for top quality you have to go with pro services from ???

Online. Adorama You can get telephone support if you are having difficulty.
Costco. Their photo equipment is good but the editing potential is limited.
All-in-all, depending on your editing skill, I'd drive to Summit.
