Oil Tank removal

thanks for the insight, I'm getting a 2nd opinion and I called my insurance to open a claim. Also called Bob Mittermaier and he was very helpful, he was there for the removal/inspection of my tank and the NJDEP reporting. Still not sure why the useless sample was taken then the hole was filled in, why not take the 6 samples required by NJDEP then fill in the pit?

Don't be silly. If you fill it back in, you can charge to open it up again! ;-)

Just kidding. It doesn't make any sense at all not to take the six samples the first time around.
