I got the following via email from the town earlier this week:
"Post Office Collection Boxes
The U.S. Postal Service will be relocating the mail collection boxes now in front of the former post office. Once of the boxes will be placed in front of the new post office. Other boxes will be placed near the train station entrance in the Ricalton parking lot. Mail collection times will be listed on each box."
Town made an e-mail error. The mailbox is by the Ricalton Square exit, not entrance.

It doesn't say the Ricalton Square entrance, it says "near the train station entrance in the Ricalton parking lot." So, somewhat vague, but not an error.
I'm glad they repurposed the old mailboxes instead of building frankenboxes

Don't speak too soon. There is a rumor, some people are talking, it's not implausible to speculate, about a Starbucks opening in the new mailbox.

Don't despair! The two drive-by mailboxes in Ricalton Square are no longer there but keep driving around the parking lot. The new drive-by box is on your left, almost on Maplewood Ave across from Valley Bank. Also this is good to know because the mailbox in front of the old post office has been removed.
