MW - Fencing & corner lots

Does anyone know offhand what the rules are on where to put a fence on a corner property?  Is it 6 feet from sidewalk or more?  I know I need to go to the town with a copy of my survey but can't find it at the moment and am wondering if it's even worth considering.  My yard is small to begin with and I wouldn't want to have to lose too much more.  TIA
