Home Remodel - need hard to find fluted molding trim

We're in the middle of a kitchen remodel on our 1947 Maplewood center hall colonial home and we've run into an issue - we can't find the trim we're looking for (see pics).  We need additional trim because the doorway that it was framing was enlarged and we want it to match another doorway that was not modified.  Does anyone out there have any suggestions for salvage yards or maybe even know the company that manufactured this trim?

 It may be more cost effective if you need a lot of the molding to get a set of bespoke molding knives made. Google and you’ll come up with companies that can make them based on your pattern.

 If it was me I would send your pics to the various custom molding knife manufacturers along with a roughly dimensioned sketch.  Yhen ask for approximate cost to create such custom molding knives.

Molding that sounds similar was the subject of a discussion years ago on MOL.  According to someone who seems knowledgeable, it's called "reeded" molding.  https://maplewood.worldwebs.com/forums/discussion/fluted-molding-with-rounded-edges  Below is molding that may be in the ballpark, but the suggestion about knives is probably accurate.  According to the discussion above, Condon may have the profile.

Try Summit Millwork and Supply. He can duplicate the molding exactly. If he doesn't have the knives, he makes them himself.

@cleo26r - Kuiken is the first place my architect looked but he came up short.

 Dykes custom makes moldings as well. Great to do business with. We replicated a large run of our original 5" wide casement molding, they did excellent work.

1. There is a millwork shop on Savit street in Union, they have done custom moldings for me in the past.  I forget the name, but go east on Morris till you pass Jaeger Lumber.  In the fork by CVS, keep right and make an immediate right on Savit.  They are the first or second drive way on the right.
2. If you can't get this molding, consider installing new molding to your taste on all door ways.

No, they are on Savit.  As you make the turn onto Savit, there is a 'courtyard' type area with off street parking to the right, with 2 or 3 small businesses.  They are on the left side of the courtyard.

If it only one doorway that is in question, it might be easier to buy new , but similar style,  molding for both doors.

You might try Adriatic Wood Products in Brooklyn. They have a similar molding to this. But it is narrower. 

Starke Millwork in Pennsylvania is another potential source. They have a showroom in NYC just west of Lexington Ave. on 32nd Street.

The trim is in my possession now.  I found the same trim at a neighbor's house, so I concluded that my trim was not a one-off but I was unable to locate a new, pre-manufactured source.  I was also unable to find an architectural salvage place nearby that carried trim.  I used the suggestions in this thread and obtained quotes from 4 firms: Summitt, ML Condon, Dykes and Monteath.  Ultimately I went with ML Condon because they had the shortest lead time and they delivered ahead of schedule.  Honorable mention goes to Precision Woodwork in Union - they could not manufacture this trim, but helpfully suggested that I should contact Monteath.  

ML Condon manufactured the knives to mill the trim.  The knives must remain in their possession for insurance reasons.  I understand that they keep the knives for 5 years.  So if you need this 4 3/4" wide oval reeded trim, contact them directly.
