The earliest they can start is 3 usually? Just starting to think about enrolling my daughter in gymnastics, so I'm curious.
Hey All,
Reviving this thread for more info... Can anyone compare/contrast Little Gym of Summit vs. South Mountain Y vs. Diamond vs. Sunburst? Aside from commuting distances, what are the major pros & cons of one vs. the other? Thanks!
My daughter went from Diamond to Sunburst to South Mountain Y. Diamond was awesome for a little kid as the instructors were very nurturing and they threw in fun things plus instruction. When she got a bit older and classes were then at evening times, we switched to Sunburst. It is closer and it does help advance their skills as they are a little stricter and had good facilities. She never complained about the instructors but I wouldn't say it was a warm place. Eventually, she didn't like the strictness so we moved to the Y which was much more laid back but did not have nearly as good equipment as it is just in the regular gym.
