Its beginning to sound like a cult.

Looks like this false story had its intended result.

Like the false reports of "chairs thrown" in Las Vegas, this "chant" never happened.

Watch the video.

Of course the NRA rates Hillary an F and doesn't trust Trump.  Bernie may be their best candidate.

I think Trump met with the NRA leadership.

(Edited) Per Lost, the NRA endorsed Trump a couple of weeks ago.

Bernie wants to close the gun show loophole, impose instant background checks and ban assault weapons.  Not what the NRA wants.

Hillary's attempt to link Bernie to the NRA have been rated false

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2016/apr/14/hillary-clinton/hillary-clinton-bernie-sanders-has-been-largely-ve/

Bernie is rated a D minus by the NRA.

Bernie calls for gun control!

In case anyone was confused by media reports about Bernie's plans:

“We are going to take our campaign to the convention with the full
understanding that we are very good at arithmetic and that we know, you
know, who has received the most votes up to now,”

To be fair, Chris Christie is rated  C.  George Pataki was rated an F.  And Hilary is rated an F

Still a decisive victory

Counting the uncounted ballots will continue next week.

Hillary down to 55.1 Bernie up to 44 as ballot counting continues.

Bernie is still determined to be rid of Schultz

Sanders said he would push for new leadership in the Democratic National
Committee — his campaign has sparred with Rep. Debbie Wasserman
Schultz, the party's chair — along with a progressive platform in the
summer convention and electoral changes, such as primaries that allow
independents to participate and the elimination of superdelegates.

Considering his recent endorsement, I suspect our President Obama is not happy about Bernie's desire to be rid of Schultz:

“Debbie has been a strong, progressive leader in Congress and a
hardworking, committed Chair of our national Party since I proudly
nominated her to the role in 2011,
” Obama said.“She always stands up and fights for what is right for her district while passionately supporting middle class families.”

To get rid of super delegates would be a mistake.

Their votes follow the popular will of the primary votes as was done when they switched from Clinton to Obama.

However, they are a useful brake should someone like Trump win the primaries. Also, if Clinton is indicted the quickest and easiest way for Bernie to then get the nomination is by having the super delegates switch over to him.

I know you support Bernie and all, but we're talking tenths of percents here.

So what?!?

The "so what" part you're missing is votes of actual people.  Maybe it doesn't matter to you, but rest assured it does to them.

Nobody is disenfranchising anyone, but when the difference is insurmountable it just doesn't seem very worthy of discussion.

It's a relief there was eventually a vote to clarify the matter, because the latest polling average before the primary had it 48 to 43.

On "Morning Joe' this morning republicans Joe Scarborough and Nicole Wallace said that if the Dems didn't want Super Delegates they would take them.

I bet there are lots of Republicans feeling that way.

This is an interesting study about the media coverage of the primaries:

"On the Democratic side, the Harvard study found that not only did the media cover the Republican invisible primary twice as much as the Democratic race, but that Hillary Clinton’s campaign dwarfed Bernie Sanders’ campaign in media coverage, garnering three times more media coverage in 2015. Five Republican contenders (Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, and Marco Rubio) all got more media coverage than Sanders, despite Sanders emerging as the leading contender to Clinton in the summer months.
Patterson remarked that the astonishing lack of media attention for Sanders’ campaign undoubtedly left permanent damage on his ability to be competitive in the Democratic primaries and caucuses, as the media’s earliest coverage deemed the Vermont senator a “likely loser.”"

The study found that Sanders was covered the most positively of any of the leading candidates

New Study Finds Media Coverage of Hillary Clinton Disproportionately Negative

Bernie got the shaft in the establishment media.  That was easy to see.

Even the study quoted by carrielogo stated that 84% of Clinton's coverage by the media was negative.

That was BS during the primary.  The New York Times and Washington Post and CNN worked overtime trying to get her elected.  The bias was obvious.  Fortunately the younger generation looks elsewhere for news, as do I now.

Carrielogo and I were referring to the SAME study by Harvard Center

In 2015?   Was Bernie a legitimate candidate through the first 9 months of 2015?  How much coverage did Martin O'Malley get?

This plays into the Sandernistas meme of unfairness.

If only Bernie had the media coverage he deserved, if only there was a DNC that did not favor Clinton, if only the primaries were open, if only the super delegates did not tell everyone most of them will vote for Clinton, if only NYC Board of Election did not disenfranchise 125,000 Brooklyn voters, etc, etc, etc. Blah, blah, blah.

So tiresome.

And, yet, so true.

Donald Trump said some really ugly things and still won the Republican nomination.

Bernie Sanders was a contender for the Democratic nomination despite disparities in press coverage.

My conclusion is that most Americans are making decisions independently of the "mainstream" media, whatever that is in the Internet age.

There are many candidates not under investigation. As far as I know neither Gov. Johnson nor Dr. Stein are under investigation.

True neither is Dracula or Chris Christie

Can I vote for Dracula?

I do not know about the Count but Chris Christie is almost definitely under investigation.
