Car Repair

Looks like the engine shield thingy under my car is loose and is scraping the road. Is this a repair for one of our local mechanics or body shop ? Or do I need to bring to dealer (older Toyota). TIA

Talking about the plastic thing that snaps in with plugs?  You could do it yourself or have local person do it.  Maybe order a new one on line.

it’s probably rusted away and partially falling off. I have done more than one in my days. You don’t have to take it to the dealership. Any gas station with a workshop will do it for you. Sometimes a pair of metal shears is all you need. 

If you don't feel you can do it yourself, take it to the body shop one block away from Park Wood Diner.
