I too am extremely upset that One True Media is shutting down on May 31, 2014. I did some research and found that the Disney company bought One True Media and they are closing it. I do not understand at all why they must shut down One True Media. I absolutely love One True Media. I too want to find a site exactly One True Media that does not cost an arm and a leg.

I just took a look at iMemories.com. It not like One True Media. It is from what I look at iMemories.com is site were you can transfer you home movies and VHS tapes to CDs. What mq42 and I are looking for is a site were you put your photos from your computer to make video , you could back and rearrange the sequins of your photos to the way you want them and add full songs to your video. You could use Microsoft Movie Maker and then a DVD burning tool to make a DVD from it.

I tried Microsoft Movie Maker, it does not work with Itunes and I could figure out how ells to get music for my video. I even tried Microsoft music thing in my computer and I could not figure out how to get work, so I could put music on my video. Also you can't go back and forth if you want to move your pictures into a certain order to go a long with the song. All if this was supper easy to do with One True Media and it cost $3.99 each moth. I have looked for another site like One True Media, I'm having trouble finding one and these other sites want to charge you $35.00 to $40.00 or more a month use them. I can't afford that kind of money. I'm get very frustrated. I do not at all understand why Disney must close One True Media? Please does anyone know of a site exactly like One True Media and that cost between $3.99 and $5.00 a month? Any help would be greatly apprecited.

Yeah MickeyMouse, the Onetruemedia site I thought was perfect for making your own movies. I wish they had given more notice that they're closing. I'm about 4 years behind on my kids dvds.
I just assumed there were other sites out there offering the same services. But I too am having no luck finding them.

ITunes is a music manager. There's no need to use iTunes for getting music into movie maker. You can just load the actual song.

I'm not sure what you mean by going back and forth to put your pictures in a certain order. I did a slide show for my father's 80th birthday using it and it seemed pretty straightforward. But everyone has different experiences, I guess.

There's a site, called Giveaway of the Day which gives away different software every day. Today's package is called DVD Creator for Windows and it seems like it does what you're looking for.
