I read posts. Unless your group has a lot of followers and connections (those people are notified when you post), posts may not give you broad, huge reach, but can help you engage with a professional audience. And the counter tells you how many people have viewed the posts.
Like all social media posts, your content should be brief, engaging and include a powerful or interesting visual and headline.
