DUMP TRUMP (previously 2020 candidates)

First debate in June on MSNBC!

Prepared for up to 20 candidates.

Lots of interesting qualifiers.

Can't wait.

Here's some unbiased analysis from the last couple of years.

Seems like it might be the beginning of the end...

I liked Gore and I wanted him to win in 2000 but his sigh was not singular. It was multiple sighs over the course of the debate that showed his condescension and scorn for Bush.
One can consider that trivial and something the media unfairly blew out of proportion, but in my book the blowback was warranted. Gore actually turned his intelligence advantage over Bush into a disadvantage by coming across as a pompous a--.
Gore sighed, and W is a war criminal. Tough choice.

I'd like to point out that you would have needed 1.21 gigawatts to know this on election day 2000.

Maybe you do, but I already knew he was a bad hombre on election day in 2000.

But I will give you an easier one then: Hillary was unlikable, and Trump is a criminal. Another tough one. Thank the Lord for the Electoral College!

Unlikeable is to despised as undocumented is to illegal.

According to this, Trump fears Joe Biden the most and does not even see Bernie Sanders on the radar.

These Are the 2020 Democrats Trump Feels Most Threatened By So Far

Biden is a true son of the working middle class. Unlike phony baloney Trump.

He was a true cheerleader for the TPP, which would have hurt the working middle class.  He's not a good choice to oppose Trump.

 Why believe anything he says?

"Working middle class" is an absurd term. Is there a non-working middle class?

For a long time we refused to  discuss Class in this country in any meaningful way. The "Rich" were the Billionaires, the "Poor" were people on Welfare and everyone else from the Surgeon earning $300,000.00 a year to Hospital receptionist earning $30,000.00 a year was "Middle Class".

Then the wealth gap grew and Bernie Sanders, a self-proclaimed Socialist who suprisingly became a strong contender for the Presidency began discussing the "Working Class".

The idea in the video is that Trump is out of touch with what he might face in 2020 and not preparing well.  So in this case, his ignorance might be a good thing.

Yes, an accurate term as opposed to a an inaccurate one.

There was suppose to be a slash between “working” and “middle” in my post. Of course almost everyone goes to work every day so the terms are misleading to begin with. My point is that Biden has an actual experience with living a certain lifestyle that Trump does not know.

My pet peeve is the term “ white working class” as an identifier, since everyone else in that income group is at work everyday regardless of ethnicity. It has allowed the rise of Trump when “working class” was allowed to transform into “ working class” .

The truth is: we have no class.

Speak for yourself.  grin

What must one do to qualify?

The latest list (as of Feb. 10th):

Formed exploratory committee: Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg

Richard Ojeda already dropped out.

You'd think the Chicago Tribune would be on top of that.

You do understand that the TPP was intended to provide a counterweight to China, don’t you?  Trying to go it alone ala Trump will hurt the middle class more.

The TPP, written in secret,  was not good for working people and it gave more power to global corporate interests.  It was a horrible plan--although I heard that Trump wrote it into the NAFTA re-write, so maybe it's a done deal.  Anyway, it helped Trump's campaign to be against it and it won't help Biden to have been for it in a big way.  Biden has lots of baggage like that and I can't see his campaign going anywhere--I think he's more likely to fizzle out.

How does one write the TPP into NAFTA?

what?

I'm not sure, but I watched a whole video about it awhile ago and I just don't remember.  I don't think he put the whole thing in there--just some parts. You did not think he made it better did you?

Imagine your reaction, nan, if one of us MSM consumers said we had heard something about something and then gave this response when you questioned it.

Anyway, as the TPP was an agreement between the US and SE Asia, and NAFTA is between the US, Canada and Mexico, I'm not quite sure how you can "include" the TPP into NAFTA.

Oh who's kidding who? Of course I'm sure that you can't do that.

They're two completely different negotiations, and since only Canada, Mexico, and US are in the new NAFTA (or "USMC" agreement as Trump called it), then TPP isn't in it.

Whatever video you saw and repeated a claim about, was produced by someone who had no clue and was ranting about something that he or she was ignorant about.

I know this will be a shock to many readers of political MOL.

I don't know what you base that on, honestly. Or was this also something that you saw in the movies?
