Two Towns - Many Stories: Children

2015 Two Towns – Many Stories (Children) for MOL The South Orange/Maplewood Community Coalition on Race, in partnership with South Orange Public Library, Maplewood Memorial Library and [words] Bookstore, is expanding its Two Towns - One Book community read to include a short story, fiction option called Two Towns - Many Stories. The Sandwich Swap by Queen Rania Al Abdullah of Jordan and Kelly Dipucchio is the selection for elementary school readers. Children grades kindergarten through four are encouraged to read the story independently, and to then participate in a reading of the story by library staff and share story related activities with other children from both Maplewood and South Orange.
