Meditation leads to inner peace, overcomes loneliness, improves relationships, and has many other benefits for mind and body. We will investigate how meditation works to calm our mind throughout our busy lives. Find out how to fit any enjoyable meditation practice into your present lifestyle, and learn time tested methods for improving mindfulness, concentration, and happiness. Beginners and those wanting to continue to learn meditation are welcome. Although this class will run for four consecutive weeks, it is a drop-in general program class. Prior registration or experience is not required and you may join in at any time.
