Meet Leigh Haber, Books Editor for O: The Oprah Magazine As Books Editor of O, The Oprah Magazine, Leigh Haber is responsible for editing the magazine’s monthly reading room pages and suggesting candidates to Oprah Winfrey to consider for the popular Oprah Book Club. She’ll talk about how selections are made and share her experiences as a longtime editor. Leigh has been a book editor for Scribner, Rodale, and Hyperion among other publishers, and has acquired and edited numerous bestsellers, including books by Al Gore and Steve Martin. Leigh raised her two sons in Maplewood, where she still lives. Wednesday, December 18 7:30 pm in Memorial Hall
