Free YMCA Mindfulness Meditation class
Free class on mindfulness meditation by renowned local instructor Jean Vitrano, sponsored by the South Mountain YMCA for the benefit of our community. Space is limited so please rsvp at nostress@metroymcas.org. The class will be held at the Civic House in Memorial Park (the building right by the tennis courts). This is part of a stress reduction series and the last in the series. Classes on yoga, tai chi, and meditation are being offered on the prior Tuesdays.
