Please join me for a guided meditation that reflects on the closing year with gratitude and presence and, with an open heart, sets our intentions for the New Year. This will be followed by the Buddhist tradition of ringing the bell 108 times. Please bring a bell if you have one and join me in creating a sense of community and support as we embark on another year of practicing the art of mindful living. No meditation experience is needed. Cushions and chairs available. No registration required. Suggested donation $10. 4:00-5:15 pm.
