cozy lake champlain cottage

Hello Maplewood! My family and I used to live on Durand Road then made a big move to open a restaurant in Vermont We love it here!! We bought a lake front bungalow and totally renovated it a few years ago on lake Champlain next to our restaurant.Unfortunately we would like to sell it. Im posting it on maplewood online because when we were living on Durand road we always wanted a second home on a lake or ocean somewhere but was afraid of making the wrong move because of not knowing the area or markets. Well let me tell you how great this house is only a straight 4.5 hour drive from maplewood! Our views and lakefront are amazing!! The  summers in Vermont is never over 90 degrees and we don't get the humidity jersey does. Our neighbors are great and we have no problem renting it out on vrbo when we are not using it. We do have it with a realtor here but would be willing to come down in price a bit if you contact me directly. Feel free to call with any questions!
