Reference for Nanny from employer

I am actually posting this as a reference for my nanny who is looking for work. I recently moved further south (Princeton area) and I stopped working so I can stay home with my girls. Mariza was my nanny since my oldest was born and my oldest is 8 now. She is SUPER reliable, trustworthy, and  hardworking. She truly became apart of our family.
