Full time nanny for 6month and 3 year old girls

A kind family in Montclair, NJ is searching for a full time, driving nanny for their 6-month old and newly 3-year old daughters starting in early/mid September. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm for a guarantee of 40 hours weekly. Seeking a nanny that is proactive in engaging young children by reading books, arts and crafts, talking, playing, finding nanny/kid communities, outdoors, healthy meals and assisting with all physical, mental, and emotional needs for a healthy development. Family has a car for the nanny to use while on duty. Mom is working from home office and seeking a collaborative nanny that can partner with her to divide and conquer during the busy evening routine with the kids. Dad is working in the city most days. No animals at home. Child-related household help requested. Pay is $1080 weekly NET (after payroll taxes) for the 40 hours per week guaranteed plus vacation, holidays, & sick days.
