Work Off Your Turkey at Spin! (CycleMaplewood)

Many have asked about the town community indoor cycling program at the Woodland, CycleMaplewood, but because there's not a thread on here for fitness (though I have asked them to add one), wanted to let you know that we will be having a series of special TURKEY BURN-OFF rides at The Woodland, starting Weds am at 9:30. Want to pre-burn? Ride at 9:30 am for 75 mins for the same price as our usual 45 min class ($14). 

Back by popular demand, even though we said we'd be closed on Thursday - and mostly, because a bunch of you asked, "Will you help us burn off our turkey? How about a pre-dinner ride? Help!" our "holidaze" second-annual Thanksgiving rides are here!

We're still building our roster of great instructors, and a few new ones will join us shortly. We are adding an 8 pm class once a week, another 5:45 am, and most likely a 7:30 am class once a week. 
Reservations req for classes Tues/Thurs and for this week's specials; otherwise, if you want to ride last minute at other times - that's cool - we know you're busy. Show up 15 mins early and most days, you'll get a bike.   So far, our morning classes have been doing well, but we need YOU to fill up the weekend mornings (Please? You asked for them!). Please grab a friend or family member and bring them out to ride for a FREE trial class (first-time students only), and experience our new set-up if you haven't yet. If a class fills up before start-time or requires last-minute cancellation, it will be noted on our website under "schedule changes" on our Facebook page, and notifications will be sent via text message to those who have signed up in advance and provided a cell #.
