White College Freshman Arrested for Poisoning Black Roommate

This is just about the sickest roommate situation I've ever heard. I hope this young women goes to jail and gets the psychological help she needs. I applaud the young black woman for keeping it all together and going public to call out the roommate's criminal behavior and the college's lack of action.

If she goes to jail, she ain't gonna get psychological help.

Sounds like U. of Hartford has some explaining to do....

Mixed with racism. She called her "Jamaican Barbie" and from the start, was not happy that her roommate was a girl of color. She is being charged with intimidation based on bigotry or bias. 

The university did drag its feet and did want this not blown up. Ironically, their inaction led to all of us knowing about it. Her punishment should be some jail time and some mental help. Her mentality is dangerous and she is ripe for a hate group to cherry pick her off the vine. Only time will tell if she can be "fixed."

Sounds like plain old racism to me.

I wonder what her parents taught her and how they talked about minorities.
