What is this in my rock garden?
A type of mold/fungus. Ignore it. It will go away when things dry out a bit.

Can anyone identify what this is? It wasn't there yesterday and this is what it looks like today. It is not on the mulch or plants but is on the rocks. I did find a patch of this in my backyard on the mulch near a rose bush. It's kinda hard but disintegrates easily. Freaky!
