Waste Management or Waste Industries?
I switched from Waste Management to Waste Industries several years ago, for the very reason you just described.
I switched from WM to Waste Industries because the cost was less and I have to say the service is great.
My guess is that you should have shut down your account when you moved and opened a new one under the new address.
That said, we've been using WI for several years after switching from WM. Neither one is great but we've found WI to be better.
