Don't know when it started but it's driving me nuts! Has this happened to any of you? It's only On Demand movies and programs. Each selection skips, stalls and breaks up (pixels) and it doesn't let up. HELP!
Happened to me. The web sites says to unplug your box and let it restart normally. I did that but haven't tested it yet. I also chatted with them online asking to note my account so that when I get a bill for the movie, and I call they have it noted so I can get a credit.
One technician told me to take the cable out of the box and reinsert it so it's not bent. I think he was messing with me but it sometimes works. That and resetting the box.
I reached out to them and was told to unplug the power and disconnect the coax from the router for 3 minutes and then reconnect. I did this late last night and even blew into the router for dust. Replugged and so far, so good. Will keep you posted...
