Vacation Rental in Century Village, West Palm Beach?

My parents asked me to look for a rental for them for the month of February in Century Village (the West Palm Beach location) on the internets because they don't do the internets. I can't find any rentals, which leads me to believe they don't allow non-brokered rentals? Or something? Does anyone know the deal with Century Village or have any leads on rentals for the month of Feb 2016?

My mom was living in Century Village Deerfield Beach. As far as I know short term rentals are not typical. Most transactions are done through brokers in my experience

Ok. That was my guess. And even the ones I could find were unfurnished, so that's not helpful! Thanks.

Is there a reason why they want Century village in West Palm? There are lots of nicer places in south Florida available for short term rentals. You might want to contact a realtor, or more than one and/or consider other locations,
