Uber and to/from EWR--City of Newark and Port Authority threatening, Uber says "meh"

I believe EWR is outside Newark PD's jurisdiction since Port Authority Police is in charge of the airport. 

I think their angle is via the taxi licensing bit, which PAPD doesn't have oversight over.

I read that Terminal A is in Elizabeth, so it's out of Newark PD's control.
