It was $3k for the summer, if that helps put it into perspective. We haven't done fall ball.
What's your and/or your son's priority, Texas? Getting better through instruction and more polished competition? Or just having an outlet to play games and keep from getting too rusty? If the latter, there should be cheaper alternatives, in leagues with teams charging around $200 per player. (Not that I could steer you: We pretty much lucked into it in past years, with dads we already knew deciding to put teams together.)
