Your photos are amazing! I can identify the Tufted Titmouse. What species is the other bird?
Nuthatch. Cool bird.

Thank you! It is a beautiful bird. I've never seen one before.
If you look on your backyard trees, you'll see them. Just keep looking. Look for the up and down movement on the trunk and sometimes the branches. Very cool bird.
The easiest way for me to spot nuthatches is they are most often hanging upside down from the tree trunk! I have no idea how they keep the blood from going to their tiny brains.
We love seeing the nuthatches at our feeders (and titmice, chickadees, cardinals ...)

So do we.
I love 'my' nuthatches too -- maybe my favorite commonly seen bird. Their markings seem so elegant, but then they hang upside down rather comically and spoil the effect of their fine plumage.

Cold, but not windy.
