I came on here about 6 weeks ago, wary of refinancing with a big bank, after last year's disappointing appraisal while we were trying to get a Heloc from big bank.

I will second that! We refinanced in June. Sarah was great throughout -- picking up paperwork, watching for the best rate, answering all of our questions, and always available by email or phone. I highly recommend her!!
