Temporary Storage Options

I am having my floors refinished at the end of the month and I will need to move everything out of the 1st floor of my house can anyone suggest any options other than renting a POD or a Uhaul. What ever I get to store my things I would like it to be parked in my driveway. I just didn't know if there was something other than the above mentioned companies.

They were very good - the company called “pods” had nothing in stock

When we had our floors refinished, they just moved all the furniture into one half of the floor and did that half last. Is that not an option?

This is what they did when I had my floors refinished.

I've already been told that when we replace the carpets on the second floor with hardwood, this is exactly what the contractors will do. They move the furniture around while they work to clear the space they need access to, then shift it back to clear the next space for work.
