Takata Airbag Recall

Here is a link to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's list of cars affected by the recall. At 64 million, it is the largest automobile recall in American history.

I was sent a notice last year and had the airbag replaced without hassle. Are they expanding the initial recall?

I had to have my airbag replaced last year at my cost because it was defective.  Now again my airbag warning is lit up.  I received the recall notice last month, but the manufacturer said that replacements would be scheduled.  Could I be credited for the first one?

You should definitely pursue reimbursement.  I suggest you contact the car's manufacturer. Ask for reimbursement AND that replacement be scheduled immediately given that the warning light is again on.  Be prepared to threaten to notify the Fed's.
