I'm eating them raw. I love them so much.


Here is a recipe for pickled sugar snap peas. I'm thinking of trying it.

Yay! Can’t wait to try the recipe.  I’m making Spring Pea Risotto with frozen peas.

so much fun growing them in your own garden, and picking what you need each day cheese

We’ve also grown hydroponic sugar snaps and snow peas, when we had the room. The hard part was remembering to replenish the water...

Oh I noticed these peas are from Guatemala. That makes sense, because it seemed early for peas here. In any case, I love them so much. I made a casserole of the peas, leeks, and hot sausage.
