Trump's tweets

Ok, seems like we should start a thread with this - hate to have things lost in the Rose Garden.  

His retweet of the fake Biden video replaying a song with the N-word is insane.

Is this a normal occurrence?  Maybe not to this degree?

The twitter feed IS public record.  Are retweets also acknowledged also as public record and can be considered relevant to the president's frame of mind?

He also delighted in Jim Cramer calling Pelosi crazy to her face.  Is there a top ten list of the most insane tweet and/or retweets?

Twitter is a sad place - I tend to stay far away from it.
