It's actually got some overlap with Obama's plan to limit the lobbyist/private sector/govt employee revolving door. (How'd that work out?)
It obviously differs from Obama in that it includes repealing Obamacare.
Some of the more extreme stuff will probably never happen because of the other branches (the wall) but that also limited Obama (Closing Gitmo).
