Trump already whining that debates are rigged against him

This guy is like a 70 year old adolescent.

I'm no so sure.

He's using every trick possible to get keep base engaged, to get them to vote. He's manipulating them.

Just as he has manipulated them by saying over and over that the media lies, is untrustworthy and therefore cannot be believed. Its listen to me, not the awful lying media. When a media fact checkers fact checks Trump lies, his base believes that its the biased media fact checkers who are lying, not Trump.

Not really an adolescent. More likely a manipulative sociopath.

He's trying to set the expectations really low for his performance. Given the abysmal state of our Beltway punditry, he's being smart. Most of the high profile media figures care roughly 0% about substance. If Trump doesn't say anything terribly outrageous (like launching a nuclear strike), and he speaks in at least a few coherent sentences, the analysts will crow about he exceeded all expectations. They may even say he looked "presidential."

I believe there is a good possibility that Hillary Clinton cannot win the debates in the eyes of the national media. If she performs well, it will have been "expected." If Trump manages not to fall off the stage, and doesn't physically threaten Clinton, they'll declare it a win for him.

Sadly you're probably correct.

The media can harp over and over about Clinton's emails and the Clinton foundation whereas Trump can threaten left and right with all kinds of horrors without a real media response.

Another effect of Trump's attacks on media is they have been it easy on him, are intimidated, afraid of being labeled biased against Trump.

Its rare seeing real journalists such as Murrow. Most now are very comfortable and very highly paid newsreaders who don't rock any boats.

ps - I see the NJEA snd UFT/AFT commercials telling us how great our education system is. If we are well educated, then why is almost half of the population fooled by this obvious fraud? Why are candidates now speaking to the public at a 6th grade level?
